Join Sun Country Airlines as an Inflight Training Specialist, based at our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis (MSP). This is a specialized 'support role' focused on training and development. We are seeking an experienced flight attendant with a passion for teaching, 'mentorship', and safety, to provide critical 'onboarding support' for our new-hire classes. About Sun Country: Our diverse hybrid model (scheduled, charter, cargo) requires a world-class training program. Our Inflight Training team is responsible for ensuring every new Flight Attendant meets our high standards of safety and service. This is a ground-based role, supporting our 'frontline' teams. Your Role as an Inflight Training Specialist: You will be a teacher, mentor, and safety expert. You will facilitate classroom learning, conduct hands-on safety drills (evacuations, ditching, firefighting), and provide 'constructive feedback' to trainees. You will be a key part of the 'onboarding support' team, helping new hires adjust to the airline lifestyle. This role requires excellent 'team collaboration' with operations leadership and safety compliance managers. Your Day-to-Day: This is primarily a 'day shift' corporate role, but requires flexibility. You will spend most days in our training center, leading classes and assessments. However, you must be available for occasional 'weekend' training sessions to meet operational needs. You will also conduct in-flight checks and 'compliance audits' to ensure standards are met on the line. Training & Onboarding: This is not an 'entry level' position. A minimum of 2 years of Part 121 Flight Attendant experience is required. We will provide specialized 'train-the-trainer' education to prepare you for this role. Career & Compensation: Sun Country offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $55,000 to $80,000. We offer a strong benefits package including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), and excellent travel privileges.
