Core Responsibilities: As the face of Southwest, your primary role is ensuring the safety and comfort of all customers. This entry-level position requires no prior experience; we provide comprehensive paid training at our state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, TX. You will conduct pre-flight safety checks, serve beverages and snacks, and respond to in-flight needs with our signature hospitality. Qualifications & Requirements: We hire for attitude and train for skill. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for international travel is essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required. You must be able to work a flexible schedule. Training & Work Schedule: This role requires 100% flexibility. As an 'entry level' crew member, your schedule will be a variable roster that includes 'day time' and 'night shift' flights, 'weekend shift' assignments, and all public holidays. Compensation & Benefits: Southwest offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $36,000 to $58,000 (based on flight hours), plus per diem.
