Breeze Airways is looking for an experienced In-Flight Lead to join our Charleston (CHS) base. This is a leadership role for our Airbus A220 fleet, focusing on mentoring new-hire Flight Attendants and leading our 'Nicest' premium cabin service. Core Responsibilities: In addition to standard safety duties, you will be the service leader on board. You will coordinate cabin activities, manage in-flight service and sales, handle passenger escalations, and provide on-the-job mentorship to your crew. You will ensure our 'Seriously Nice' service standard is met on every flight. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be at least 20, legally authorized to work in the US, and hold a valid passport. A minimum of 2 years of flight attendant experience is required. Prior leadership or purser experience is highly preferred. Experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus. Training & Work Schedule: This position requires full flexibility for a variable schedule, including 'day shift', 'night shift', 'weekend', and holiday assignments. You will lead crews on a variety of routes, including transcontinental flights. Successful candidates will attend paid leadership and A220 transition training. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a premium wage, with an estimated annual base from $45,000 to $70,000, plus Lead pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and free travel privileges.
