Join the Allegiant Air ground team at Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB)! We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented Customer Service Agent to provide great service to our leisure-focused customers. Core Responsibilities: This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will be responsible for checking in customers, issuing boarding passes, tagging and handling baggage, boarding flights, and resolving passenger issues. You will be a key part of our low-cost, high-efficiency ground operations. Qualifications & Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US. A High School Diploma or GED is required. 1+ year of customer service experience is strongly preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift baggage up to 70 lbs. Work Schedule: This position requires full flexibility for a shift-based schedule. You must be available to work early 'day time' shifts for departures, late 'night shift' shifts for arrivals, and be available for 'weekend shift' and holiday assignments, especially during peak leisure travel seasons. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, estimated between $17.00 - $24.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), paid training, and travel privileges on Allegiant Air.
